Today... In my company... This company 1st time terminated a person..It seems like wherever i gooo... this kind of things sure happen... And must be some1 i feel close to...I know... I know... THATS LIFE...The top management wont see how hard u work... They only see the RESULT!!!From this 2 companies... I had learnt office politics quite well... When my senior manager throw me work... I never complained...Got people ask me why i never reject... Coz simple...This is the chance 2 perform... Anyway... this is not a permanent place for me 2 settle down though...I just see how much stress and capable am i... Currently still coping well...Never utilise my capable..The management here sucks... Whenever some1 resign... Some1 will TEMPORARY take over the job...which end up become PERMANENTLY..Coz i experience it... And alot of job taken over are shit job...Though i ratified alot of them... This is one of the reason why the turn over rate here is sooo high...
